	Red Drum (Red Fish) A red drum, also known as redfish, is a popular saltwater fish found in coastal waters along the panhandle of florida, they are also our main target on our inshore trips. Red drums can vary in size depending on their age and location. They typically range from about 18 inches to over 40 inches in length, while the average size fish that are caught on our trips are about 26 to 33 inches but it is not uncommon to catch fish that are upwards of 36 inches or more
	Flounder A flounder is a fascinating flatfish with unique adaptations for life on the seabed, including camouflage, asymmetrical body shape, and keen eyesight. Flounders have a distinctive flat and oval-shaped body that is adapted for life on the seabed. Their bodies are asymmetrical, with both eyes located on the upper side of the body, while the underside is typically lighter in color. They are best known for the dish of “Stuffed flounder” at restaurants and are prized for their delicate and flavorful meat.
	Speckled Trout A speckled trout, also known as spotted sea trout or simply “specks,” is a popular saltwater fish found in coastal waters of the southeastern United States and other regions. They are named for the prominent black spots scattered along their back, sides, and dorsal fin, which vary in size and pattern.Overall, the speckled trout is a sought-after game fish known for its striking appearance, strong fighting ability, and delectable taste, making it a favorite among anglers along the Gulf Coast and beyond.
	Tarpon A tarpon is a large, powerful, and highly prized saltwater fish known for its impressive size, acrobatic leaps, and silver scales. These are one of our favorite fishes to fish for in the summer months, we typically start seeing tarpon from about mid May to the end of July. 	American Red Snapper The red snapper is a highly sought-after and highly regulated saltwater fish known for its delicious taste and vibrant appearance. The season for Red Snapper is usually the month of June through the end of July. Red snappers are typically found in offshore waters near reefs, wrecks, rocky ledges, and other underwater structures.Red snappers are highly prized by recreational and commercial fishermen for their firm, white flesh and excellent taste. These fish are very popular along the whole gulf coast and bring people from all across the country to be caught.
